One Size Does Fit All: Hypochlorous Acid Fits Any Care Site, Any Clinician’s Goal, Anywhere on the Body
This presentation was previously presented at the SAWC Virtual event. The objective of the webinar is to discuss with specialists in three separate settings, but within the same healthcare system, the consistent use and benefits thereof of a hypochlorous acid-containing wound treatment and cleansing solution. This particular molecule only exists in its pure form at a very specific and proprietary pH range. The three settings are: Acute Care, a Wound Center, and Home Care. Patients sometimes transition between or step down to other units. In general, a quick discharge or step down is desired, and a step up to a more serious setting is undesirable. These clinical goals are well-met with a versatile, pure hypochlorous acid-containing wound cleanser solution.
The moderator and panelists will discuss the science behind the product and the features that make it easy to use in diverse settings, on all parts of the body, and on all types of wounds. There are benefits in system-wide adoption of such novel and proven technologies. Listeners will get an understanding of how seamless availability of the product across the care range benefits patients.
