Sealing Edges on Tricky Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Dressings

  Seal those edges on a difficult placement V.A.C. Therapy® dressing (KCI, San Antonio, TX) with Stomahesive® Paste (ConvaTec, Skillman, NJ). Use the skin prep and barriers as you normally would and run a thin line of the paste around the edge of the dressing. Cover with the transparent tape dressings to secure. Works great!
